About us
Chef Russ is a Graduate from the Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he earned the recognition as the 2018 Honor Graduate in the Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management program. Additionally, he was awarded the ACI 2018 Fellowship Award, the Culinary Arts Award, and received the Alpha Beta Kappa Gold Key for superior student academic achievement. After graduation, Chef Russ worked as a Sous Chef in the “Du Jour” restaurant, and now provides “in-home” Chef services exclusively to the Encanterra community. His services include one-on-one instruction, wine pairing consultation, culinary classes or seminars on cooking and baking, as well as private dinners & culinary events at home. Chef Russ holds current Nationwide certifications for food service and allergens.
